Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are unavailable.

Because we cannot control the actions of shipping carriers, in the event that your product arrives in an unusable state (cracked, shattered, etc), we can issue a refund for the cost of the product but not shipping fees. We will require photo verification of the damaged product so we can file a complaint with the carrier. Refunds will be sent to the original form of payment.

Because each candle is handmade, you may notice slight differences in each product. The wax surface may appear textured or uneven, and the sides may appear "wet." This is caused by temperature changes during the pouring process, and while we do our best to avoid it, it has no affect on the quality of the candle.

Colors may also vary slightly from one batch to the next. We recommend storing candles in a cool, dark place with the lid on when not in use. Exposure to sunlight can cause changes in the pigment over time, and being stored with the lid on helps preserve the potency of the fragrance.
